FREE Summer Reading Kit!

It’s your last chance to get the FREE Summer Reading Package!

Starting today through June 14, thredUP will pay $5 in swap credits for your used books. You’ll also receive a Summer Reading Package worth over $40 for simply recycling used books on thredUP. Click Here.

This is super easy to set up. Just do the quick sign up, with email and info, then get started swapping! Once you set up your FREE account, you can browse the boxes available to swap.

Everyone is doing it!

2,160 New boxes listed this week!
25,222 Items swapped!!

That means that there are a LOT of goodies out there for you to check out. So many kids clothes get such a small amount of wear, and we all end up with TONS of stuff still in really good condition. This is a fantastic way to get new stuff for your own kiddo’s really cheap, and an easy way to get rid of the gently worn items your kids have outgrown!

How does it work?

Your first box of kids clothes is FREE! Then you pay only $5 bucks + shipping for a box of new-to-you kids stuff! You can search by size, gender, and season to find a box that’s just right for you.

When you list a box of your own, when someone buys it, THEY pay the shipping. You just print off a pre-paid shipping label, and schedule a free pick-up!

When you add a box of books to swap, you get a FREE $5 credit in your account.

Find BRAND NEW stuff too!

As a fun bonus, sometimes they list a Golden Thred’s box, which is a box filled with BRAND NEW kids stuff from one of their partner companies. These are first come, first served, but are still just $5 + shipping!! Awesome.

Invite Your Friends!

You can invite people you know, like friends and family, and swap boxes with them too!

I’ve used ThredUp for over a year, and have NEVER had a bad experience with them.

{And if you are unhappy with a box, like if someone sends bad items, you have a way to fix it. Read their tips!} My little girl is almost a year, and we’ve ended up with lots of stuff that she outgrew so quick that it still looks brand new. So the people getting my boxes of stuff are getting great stuff!

Here are some examples of what I’ve gotten:

A “Holiday” themed box, with a beautiful formal baby dress for Christmas, with matching tights, shoes, and headband. Also had 2 holiday pajama’s, Santa booties, a snowsuit, and a few holiday themed one piece bodysuits. For $5!!!
A new summer box we just got, packed FULL! I got 3 like-new Carters dresses, 2 pairs of adorable sandles, 3 shorts, 4 summery tops, a swimsuit and baby towel, and 3 sun hats. I am lovin’ this one. Again, $5!

I also listed a box of used books, since baby gets tired of the same ol’ books. I plan on getting a new box as soon as the book swap goes live tomorrow.

So, sign up for a FREE account at ThredUp today!
