The people who work in these specialty stores are just as smart and tech savvy as the awesome staff you’re used to at your favorite big Best Buy store – but they’re NON-commissioned. Now, I worked in retail for many, many years, much of it on commission. And I never let that get in the of offering the best suggestions to my customers. But, we all know that some commissioned sales people aren’t always as nice. And, they’re trained on all of the brands they carry, so they can help determine the absolute perfect phone for you, as well as help you compare plans across all of the different carriers.
