This is a store that I hadn’t heard of until about 6 months ago, but I am a big fan now. You can get amazing deals on baby and kids stuff, and there are a few tricks you need to get the BEST deals!

Back that thing up…

Backing up my information is one of those things that pops into my head from time to time, but since I had no idea where to start, and it seemed like something that would be way to complicated for me to figure out, I tried to ignore the whole thing.

Technology Tragedy.

About 6 months ago, the kids were all playing around in the office, and somehow {none of them will really admit to doing ANYTHING, of course} they completely fried the hard drive in my boyfriends computer. Like, everything gone. All of his photos, his work files, his programs, music, all. of. it. gone. Forever.

That made me realize how easy it can be for something to happen, and how extremely valuable the content on my computer is! What if something happened, and I lost all of my little one’s baby picture files?

Just do it.

So, this has been on my mind for awhile, which means I was SUPER EXCITED to learn about Carbonite in this video today! Just set up an account, and someone ELSE will do the work, and backup everything for me, and keep it all safe? And for only $59 a year?? Easy peasy, and I’m in!!

Pays-2-Share: I signed up for this today, and am super excited about it. It is so easy to set up… Go to Coupon Chief and click the sign up link in the top right. Then, you’ll see a tab on the home page that says Pays-2-Save where you can set up your account. You earn cash every time someone uses a coupon you upload, and you can track how much you’re earning right on the site. Easy peasy! If you have a blog or website, you can also add the “Top 5” widget to your page, to easily share some of your best coupon finds! You can see mine on the left sidebar. I just set it up, so there is only one coupon, but look forward to seeing MANY more soon!
Coupons-4-Causes: This is another really great feature! There is a box on the right side you can click on to get more information about this, and see if your favorite cause or charity is a partner. If they’re not listed yet, you can send a quick email to Coupon Chief letting them know! They will donate up to 20% of your purchase to your favorite school, charity, or church.
Add your online store: If you have an online store, sign up as a merchant! You can then list any online coupons for your store here, and link to it from your store. This can help you increase traffic to your store, find new customers, and earn more money in sales!

There are many other coupon sites, but honestly, I think that this one is my new favorite. I really like the clean look of the site, and how easy it is to use. How I Shop on Amazon for FREE!

I love Amazon.com. I mean, like really love it. A lot.

How can you not love a site where you find deals like this:

Up to 90% off on Family Deals!!

So… You guys know how much I LOVE daily deal sites.

I lost my job before I was able to return from my maternity leave. And I’ve been a {very happy!} stay at home momma ever since. I’m broke as all heck, because belive it or not, blogging doesn’t make you a millionaire, especially the first 3 months :) But I am so so lucky to get to be at home.

But with all of the things a {too fast!!} growing baby needs, I would NEVER be able to afford things without using these deal sites, especially the ones targeted towards moms!!

The sites all work on a similar idea… If a company offers ONE deal at a SUPER deep discount, but gets TONS of sales from it, it can be worth it for them. And it is TOTALLY worth it to you to get that daily deal, if it is something that you’re needing.

I’ve gotten a diaper bag at over $100 off retail, toys for $50 – 90% off, and lots of gift certificates for things like restaurants, the zoo, and classes, at really great, affordable, prices.
