This post was created as part of a relationship in which I was sponsored by Weight Watchers and given a free three month subscription to try their new Personal Coaching product and write about my experience. Though I was compensated for my time and commitment, all views, positive and negative, are my own. #WeightWatchers #WWsponsored….
So. I’ve told you guys about my struggle with my weight over the years. And how I’m working on that. And…. My new plan to get SERIOUS about it all, by using the amazing new personal coaching program from Weight Watchers. I’ve been working with this program for about a month now, and love it.
One of the first things that my coach asked me, was to learn what food and drinks were my “problem” things. And juice was one of them. I’m like, a juice-a-holic. So, my coach helped me find some other options – like these Skinny Girl sparklers. 5 Calories per serving. Total win!
One of the other things was to start eating breakfast. I never used to. So, I’ve continued eating my yogurt and fruit breakfast daily. Love it! And it really does give me more energy, versus just having coffee.
Another thing that my coach told me is that I need to take time in the afternoon for lunch. Last week I was doing really good at eating breakfast, but not so good at remembering to eat lunch. But, having some salad stuff on hand, to make it super easy to throw it all together in a bowl, makes it super easy to eat lunch, even if it’s at my desk.
And…. The other thing my Weight Watchers Personal Coach told me is to make sure I get more activity. So, I’m actually getting out and walking – sometimes RUNNING. Oh my heck. If you know me, you know it’s very rare that I do things like this. But, I’m determined to get this toosh back into shape. So, here I am. With Tennies on. For exercise. Right?
So, I feel like I’m still on track for this week. My coach is available anytime I need her, and even if she wasn’t around, I can grab someone else to chat with or get advice from, 24/7. I’ve always been a big fan of Weight Watchers, since it’s such a solid plan and helps guide you into learning sustainable good choices, that you can continue even when you stop the program. Can’t recommend them enough! Learn more here: Weight Watchers.
