This is another of those sites that I use to watch for great high-end home stuff, at SUPER low and affordable prices. You’d never guess it, but just about everything I own was free, DIY, or deeply discounted. But my house {if I may say so myself} still looks really great.
The secret is to use tehse types of sites to watch for really amazingly cheap deals on things you need anyway. An amazing designer throw pillow that retails for $65 bucks, and I can get it for less than $10? You know I love it….

I got one of these while I was pregnant, not knowing if I’d really like it. But, even though I didn’t end up being able to breastfeed as long as I’d planned, this thing was a lifesaver! Made it so so much easier to feed her anywhere, and anytime. They have really great gift sets too!

It might surprise you, but I follow a lot of politics and current events. So many people seem pretty uninterested in that stuff, but I’m very interested in whats going on in the world, even if I’m not always sure what I can do about it all.
The Economist is one of my favorites news magazines. I also love U.S. News and World Report, Time, and The Atlantic. UTNE is a great one too, for a bit of more alternative views that you probably haven’t heard before.
