Get Ready for Festive Holiday Events!!

I recently got the chance to partner with PromGirl.net to review one of their dresses – which was SUCH fun! I never got to go to Prom or any fancy dances when I was in High School, which is such a huge bummer, because I love, love, LOVE getting all dressed up! I have loved being a bridesmaid so many times, since I adore picking out dresses, and I get super excited about holiday parties – since it’s another excuse for me to get glammed up!

Prom is still several months away for most schools – but I know that when I was in High School {things could be wildly different now. I’m over 30, which means I am totally old and out dated…} we had quite a few winter formal dances. If you have daughters who will soon be shopping for formal dresses, you have got to check out the selection on PromGirl.net!! There are so many pretty things to choose from… Oh, the girly girl in me was in heaven! My Favorites:

I am totally in love with the dresses above! I know that when you think of Holiday dresses, most people imagine black or red – but these would totally set you apart from the crowd! The colors are so bright and festive, the cut is so flattering and flowy, and they look like they’d be amazingly comfortable and easy to wear! They’d make a perfect holiday party dress for you, or a fun prom dress for the teenager in your life – since they’re cute, and they cover up without looking too stuffy.

I also love this more traditional style cocktail dress! I am completely in love with the feathery black detailing at the waist, and the textured look of the skirt – it’s like a more modern version of Old Hollywood style. This is on my wish list – it would be such a fun dress to wear to my boyfriends company Christmas Party!

There is such a wide selection of dresses on this site – from super funky and trendy, to very classic and simple – I guarantee you’ll find something that is perfect for you. They also carry a really great range of sizes, which is often hard to find in local shops.
