When I first heard the title of this book – I knew I had to learn more about it! I’ve never struggled with my weight…. Until I got pregnant. Ohmyheck – I gained over 60 pounds! I didn’t even know that could happen. I was lucky enough to lose about 30 pounds in the first 2 months, another 10 soon after, but those last 20?
