I had always used free antivirus downloads on my computer, since I thought that they were enough to protect me. I don’t download songs or movies, and felt like I wasn’t doing anything very risky, so I had nothing to really worry about.

If you’re using Ebates, tell me… What was the BIGGEST check that you’ve earned with them? I do almost all of my shopping online, and over the holidays I made a looooot of purchases. So many people have been the victim of Identity Theft {when someone gains access to your personal information, such as social security number, or credit card account info} or Identity Fraud {when that information is used by the theif to benefit themselves- Like using your credit card number to make purchases} that you’re bound to know at least one person who has gone through this.
