I want to Thank you so very much for this contest. I would love to win this for my husband. He does so much for our family and he never asks for anything in return. He is a Law Enforcement Officer and a few years ago when we got the call that my biological sister’s four children was being abused and going into foster care he did not even blink before saying , ” We will take them , We will break the Cycle of abuse and we will give them a fighting chance”. We did not know the children very well because I aged out of Foster care myself but that did not matter to him. We already had two children of our own one whom is severely handicap so we already had a lot on our plate but still he didn’t think twice. He is my hero. I wish I could do something really special for him this father’s day but two years ago this month we found out I had a rare cancer like disease so he has been taking care of me, Taking me to chemo and Dr appointments, working three sometimes four job’s and coming home to take care of our six children . He works so hard just to keep up afloat but yet he never complains. I know it’s hard for him and I know we struggle but he does it with a smile on his face. He has helped change our six children’s lives and has given our four adopted children ( all teenagers btw) a fighting chance at life all while going to work and putting his life at risk everyday. We are young parents as we married young and , I can honestly say I would not be the wife and mom I am today if it was not for him. I just simply can not thank him enough for what he does for our family.
