“Nicknames stick to people, and the most ridiculous are the most adhesive.” – Thomas C. Haliburton
Names are serious business – know what I mean? Do you remember the first time you had to think of a baby name? You had an actual person, on the way into the world, that you had to give a name to before you even met them. Crazy, right? Do you want to give them a really unique name, like Zooey, to encourage them to be a more unique and free-spirited child? Or would a strong biblical name like Joseph be a better fit for your family and your values? Or if you’re like me, you might be surprised finding yourself choosing a more traditional name like did for my little girl, Abigail – I had always expected to choose a really wild and funky name if I ever had a child. But somehow, as I searched through baby names during my second trimester, when I read this one, it was just the perfect fit. I knew it as soon as I read it – My little girl, that one growing in my belly right that moment, her name was Abby.

Are you trying to tell us your pregnant with twins? ;)
We had a numeralogist do a report with recommendations for first names, based on last name and date of birth. Google Kabalarians
My husband kind of chose my first son’s name, but it was after a video game called Ninja Gayden, well his name ended up being similar, Jaydon. Then I was looking for a B name for baby number 2. I definitely like the more creative names, but I also think that in my aspirations to become more creative with newer names, my child will be the 5th Jaydon in his class because Jaydon is the new John. Ugh…..can’t win.
