This brilliant app (available for iOS and Android), lets you choose from a list of over 3,000 customer service numbers. Find the company you want to speak to, and request a callback with one button— then put your phone down and get on with your day… Fast Customer calls you back when there’s a real live human on the line. If you like being reminded that “your call is important to us,” and being asked to “press 1 for english,” then you won’t like this app. For the rest of you… it’s the ultimate time-saver.

Ugh I hate when I have a chance to make a needed call I can’t get anyone on the line until my free time runs out! I also hate when they call me and put me on hold once I answer! Sooooo annoying!

Don’t think us non-moms don’t get annoyed by being told how important our call is in the midst of a selection of lite-rock favorites. Dog needs to go out, Technically challenged parents are calling or beckoning you to help them figure out how to use their new-fangled technology… oh, and here’s the FedEx guy with a package of stuff you need to review! Who has time to listen to OMD’s “If You Leave” at a time like this?
