My mom has collected them for years, and displays them all together at the holidays. When I was a little girl, I remember how magical they seemed, the way you could move the lever on the back to make them “talk,” how majestic they always looked, in their suits adorned with buttons and glitz. A few other personal faves of mine include the Talking Tom – a super cute cat that repeats back everything you say, in a funny voice. I’ve listened to Abby fight with him a few times, lol – Abby: “That’s my daddy.” Talking Tom: “That’s MY daddy.” Abby: “No, it’s MY daddy!” “Talking Tom: “No, it’s MY daddy!!” and on and on. Cracks me up. She also loves to “teach him” to sing songs with her. And Grandma Cookie is on my list this year – Abby loves baking in the kitchen with her grandma, and I think she’d get a kick out of this grandma bear teaching you her favorite recipe.
