Sparkle Magic Jell-O Shots recipe… This would be so fun for a birthday, or for any other celebration this year. You could change the colors to match your favorite football team – and serve them at your Superbowl party. Use red and pink Jell-O, and have a fun “Girl’s Night In” Valentine’s Day party. Make them in shades or green – or even a rainbow – for St. Paddy’s Day. The ideas are endless. And while these are a bit time consuming, they won’t be difficult at all. How to Have a Ghoulishly Green Halloween – #ILoveAvocadosforHalloween

Here is one of my fave creepy party ideas – make a delicious Avocado Margarita, using Avocados from Mexico, which are hands-down my favorite type. You could even whip up some non-alcoholic versions for the kids too!

Ingredients:

1 avocado from Mexico, halved, pitted, peeled and chopped

2/3 cup sweet and sour margarita mix

1/2 cup tequila

1/2 cup orange-flavored liqueur (such as Triple Sec or Cointreau)

1/4 cup fresh lime juice.

Preparation:In a blender, mix up avocado, margarita mix, tequila, liqueur, and lime juice. Cover and process until smooth. Add 3 ice cubes, then process until almost smooth – but don’t OVER process. Serve in glasses rimmed with salt, and garnished with avocado slices.
