Hey ladies…. Are you a DIY type of gal? I’m betting that a lot of you are. Because DIY doesn’t just mean throwing on a tool belt and picking up some power tools. It’s all about taking charge, learning new skills, discovering ways to do things yourself instead of paying someone to do it, and finding creative new ways to make your home your own – all in a way that fits your budget. I bet that now you’re nodding your head, saying, “You’re right Meagan. I think I am a DIY type of momma….” Which means that you’re gonna love what I have coming up in this post…
Home Depot Loves You
How do I know that Home Depot is kind of sweet on you? Well, Home Depot does love you, and read on as I count the ways….
- They have Do-It-Herself Workshops just for you. The theme for each workshop is usually chosen based on what’s been popular on their Pinterest pages the month before. Which means, they listen to you. And the workshops are totally free too.
- They have SO many freebies and cool offers, just waiting for you to be interested in them. {Don’t play hard to get, you know you’re interested. Go ahead, check them out….} You can sign up to get exclusive Home Depot updates on things like the Garden Club, Special Buy of the Day, How To Newsletter, and just because they really do want you to be happy – you can even get a first-look at the savings in your local store. Only one word describes this: Rad.
- They’re Pinterest-friendly {Which, right after chocolate, wine, and a man who cleans the house is the way to a woman’s heart} – As I mentioned before, they base their class choices partly on what you guys love pinning. And, if you’d like to see some of the amazingness from the last Do-It-Herself Workshop, see my own Pinterest board.
And…. They want to show you how much they love you by giving one of you awesomesauce ladies a $100 Home Depot gift card! Woooo to the hooo, right? So, how do you win it? Keep reading, just a little longer, and I’ll tell ya – promise.
Home Depot Workshops ROCK!

I joined with buffisan@gmail.com, because I love discounts, I love doing it myself, and my mom and I think a good way to spend time together and about a zillion hours is walking around Home Depot gathering all the stuff we need for our next project AND finding out the projects we have YET to do in our homes. Plus, I recently watched my 3 year old nephew, and we took him to Home Depot with us, and he reacted like he was in the world’s best toy store. We could barely drag him out and he was NOT happy to leave! I think we have created another fan! We love Home Depot.
