My favorite holiday recipe are chocolate truffles, but I have used foil pans for roasting poultry.
I love making Nilla Wafer Bannana pudding.. And no i have never used foil pans for it. Thanks
My family insists on fudge and I’m addicted to all types of holiday cookies.
My Favorite Christmas recipe is Cookies. I love them all I can not pick just one. We keep a stack of foil pans for cooking veggies on the grill.

I have made my brownies in a foil pan, then given it to neighbors.
Cranberry Tart Cake… have never used Eco-Foil but look forward to doing so
I like making lasagna, and I have never tried this in an Eco-foil pan.
I like to make banana bread which would work great in these. I usually use a metal pan.
