Fashionista on a Budget – 10 Ways to Save Big on Clothing and Accessories for Moms and Kids

“What you wear is how you present yourself to the world, especially today, when human contacts are so quick. Fashion is instant language.” – Miuccia Prada… Sure, fashion can seem silly to some people. But we all know that what you wear can really change your mood. In a cute dress and strappy heels I carry myself differently, and have a fun boost of confidence. When I’m in yoga pants and a loose tee, I feel comfy and cozy. So I’ve always loved fashion, and the way it can totally transform my day. But, as a mom on a tight budget, I’m all about AFFORDABLE fashion for families! So, today I want to share a few awesome sites that I use to get designer clothing and accessories, for my whole family, at super discounted prices. And when you partner them with sites and cards that give you cash back on your online purchases too – well, there’s not much better than that! I’ll start with kiddo stuff, and move towards grown up gear – check it out, yo:

Blogger picks for fashion deals

Find familiar faves while discovering hidden gems – Shop accessories on ShopLately – Ok, I was always a fan of ShopLately. But when they did their recent Blogger Week deals, where some of my FAVE bloggy ladies got to share their picks for best fashions, and they were all available at big discounts? Online shopping tips

Learn about more ways to shop online for free – So, like I said – I love to shop. I love fashion. I love being able to get Abby the cutest gear, so she can be the trendiest tot at every playdate. And I love that she loves sparkly bracelets and fun shoes just as much as I do. But, I refuse to pay full price, overpriced designer prices, or shipping fees. So – I use sites like the ones in this post, the tips in my 15 Awesome Ways to Shop for Free, and combine it all with cash back shopping sites like zuuzs, SwagBucks, Ebates, or Inbox Dollars, – plus, I use a PayPal Mastercard for all online shopping. When I run it as credit, I earn MORE cash back on each purchase too! All of those things combine to help me shop for my family in style, and on budget. You can do it too!

Friends don’t let friend’s pay full price – so share this post… :)

Great post! I find most of my deals in store at places like Cato. They mark down their items until they sell. They mark down accessories (shoes, belts, purses, jewelry) one Sunday and the next Sunday they do clothes. I go in on Mondays :D I have found over ten pairs of size 11 shoes marked down from $16-25 to $2.99-5
